We know that, as a woman, times can get hard. You may feel alone in your journey or feel like you have nowhere to turn. But we refuse to let any woman be left behind, because God would never leave us behind.

You mean something to this world, regardless of what you may be struggling with, whether it’s relationships, finances, addiction, family, loneliness, or anything in between. Regardless of where you are in life, we are here because you have purpose for your life. We are here to help you discover what that purpose is and continue uplifting you as the days go on. Through events, college tours, Zoom conversations, activities, and more, we are creating a community where you can trust that someone will be here for you, even through the hard seasons.

Our Mission

Woman I’m Becoming exists to create a safe, authentic, and supportive community where women can connect, grow, heal, and become the women they are called to be.Through meaningful conversations, mentorship, workshops, wellness initiatives, faith, accountability, community experiences, and opportunities for connection, we encourage women to navigate life’s challenges together rather than alone.

Our mission is to help women build healthier habits, strengthen their faith, prioritize their well-being, develop meaningful relationships, and embrace personal growth while creating a community where they can be honest about where they are and encouraged about where they are going.

We believe women do not have to have everything figured out to belong. We are all becoming.

Whether it’s over dinner, at a networking event, during a girls’ gathering, or through honest conversations, we’re building a community support system where women can foster genuine friendships, find encouragement, and engage in female empowerment. Connect with others who understand your journey because they’re on one too.

Community-focused organization engaged in charitable outreach and service events across Virginia. Includes initiatives such as the Annual Spring Dress Drive in Fredericksburg, created by Chanel Green, supporting women and families through giving, access, and community support.
